LonWorks Building Automation Systems Workshop
Hilton St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, USA |
|
|
Building on the success of two previous workshops, ERDC-CERL and IMCOM are announcing a three day workshop on the implementation of LonWorks systems for the Army.
This free workshop provides a rare opportunity for Army personnel and industry representatives to come together to learn about and discuss the implementation of Open LonWorks Systems in the Army environment – specifically the implementation of the CorpsLON specifications developed by the Army Corps of Engineers. Attendees need not have prior knowledge of LonWorks as the workshop begins with a LonWorks "crash course" to provide the necessary fundamentals.
The workshop is presented over three days, each with a different focus:
Day 1: Joint Industry and Government session including the LonWorks “crash course” and the details and requirements of CorpsLON
Day 2: Joint Industry and Government sessions including more on the details and requirements of CorpsLON as well as a discussion of system testing and certification
Day 3: Government-only session on implementing CorpsLON at an Army post, including topics on procuring, expanding, and using a postwide building automation system
Free workshop for both US Government and Industry representatives.
