Daikin Applied  Microtech II Maverick II rooftop unit controllers, with the MicroTech II® Open Choices™ feature, offer easy integration via a LonWorks® communication network.  Maverick II commercial packaged rooftop systems feature DX cooling from 30 to 50 tons, non-ozone depleting R-410A refrigerant, variable air volume (VAV) or constant volume (CV) operation, 10.0 EER that meets ASHRAE 90.1-2010 energy requirements, double wall construction and gas heat option with a tubular heat exchanger.
