PIR Ready TEC2245, TEC22x6 and TEC22x7 – Zoning/Fan Coil Unit

The TEC22X6 series are LonWorks® network compatible devices designed specifically for two- and four- pipe fan coil units, and have options for one to three speeds of fan control. The TEC2245 is for two-pipe fan coil units with one speed fan control. The TEC22x7 series are for control of local hydronic reheat valves, pressure dependent VAV equipment with or without local reheat, or other zoning equipment. The technologically advanced TEC22 series Thermostat Controllers feature a Building Automation System (BAS) LonWorks network communication capability that enables remote monitoring and programming for efficient space temperature control.

All models have an embedded configuration utility and selectable pre-programmed sequences of operation. The TEC22x6 and TEC22x7 series offer additional application flexibility by providing advanced control signals – On/Off, proportional 0 to 10 VDC or floating control outputs.  The TEC2245 provides a proportional 0 to 10 VDC output signal. A SPST auxiliary contact is available for auxiliary reheat, lighting or other auxiliary function. Password protection option protects against unwanted thermostat controller tampering.

Onboard occupancy sensor models or use of the onboard occupancy sensor cover, provides energy savings by automatically switching occupancy modes, without sacrificing occupant comfort. Models with an optional RH sensor incorporate dehumidification sequences of operation. Additional inputs are available for advanced functions for application monitoring and service / filter alarms.
