Functional Profiles

Templates defining the network inputs and outputs of a specifc function, as well as the configuration properties like rates, limits, and defaults. They are core elements of a LonMark device.

Developer Guides

These include the well-known LonMark Interoperability Guidelines as well as other guides for device creation that you may not get with a development tool package.

LonMark Resource Files

This comprises all of the machine-readable SNVTs, SCPTs, Enums, and SFPTs that form the basic building blocks of a LonMark certified device. The collection is available online for browsing and easy cross-referencing

LonMark Interoperability Guidelines

LonMark Interoperability Guidelines help manufacturers build interoperable LonMark products based upon LonWorks technology; the ANSI/CEA-709.1 control-networking protocol.

LonMark Resource Files

Resource files contain definitions of functional profiles, network variables types, configuration property types, and enumerations.  The standard, LonMark resource files contain definitions of standard functional profiles templates (SFPTs), standard network variable types (SNVTs), standard configuration property types (SCPTs), and standard enumerations.  The installers for such also include the API DLLs with documentation.

The most-recent set of the LonMark Resource Files (LMRFs), including the Smart Luminaire Controller, Wall Unit, Unit Heater, and the Hardwired Profiles for Firealarm shutdown, Gasdetection Shutdown, Recirculation, Fullventilation and Safety instrument system SIS.

Includes all of the machine-readable files from previous version 14.00 SNVTs, SCPTs, Enums, and SFPTs that form the basic building blocks of a LonMark certified device; and the updated Resource File API, revision 5 (opens a PDF document)  (opens a PDF document)  run-time files—all in one, convenient executable that ensures the proper placement of files, backup of existing FMT files, and setting of paths and version numbers in the Microsoft® Windows® OS Registry.

Tested for Windows 7™ and Windows 10™ computer operating systems.  No formal testing has been performed on Windows 8™ at this time.

Beta Release Resource Files 15.02

The most-recent set of the LonMark BETA Resource Files (LMRFs), including the entire family of VDI 3813 room automation functions, which were transformed to LonMark profiles. The set include 50 new Standard Functional Profiles (SFPT). You can find the listing of SFPTs at Funktional Profile.

IzoT Resource Editor Version 4.4

The utility for a Windows OS that is used to create, edit, convert, and view resource files.
