Overview:

Network variable type..  Network variable type for network variables that support changeable types. 

This configuration property specifies the type of a network variable. A SCPTnvType configuration property specifies the network variable type for the network variable that it applies to. When a new value is specified for a SCPTnvType configuration property, the device application must validate that it supports the new setting, and report an error via the Node Object functional block if the new setting is not supported, or change the application processing required for the network variable based on the new type if the new type is supported. A SCPTmaxNVLength configuration property may be specified for a network variable that supports changeable types to specify the maximum type length supported by the network variable.
